Delicate nose of blackberry and herbal tea, with redcurrant in the background; approachable palate, light-footed and elegant, oak is well integrated, the acidity is lively, showing balance, finesse and a lovely aromatic length. A very good interpretation of the vintage. Recommended.

Dark fruit and savoury tones on the nose and palate. Juicy and supple, with an almost sweet kick of acidity that is so enjoyable. Quite focused on the frame and tannin texture but there's nice clean and crunchy fruit in the background with salty tannins to the fore. Well positioned and with a nice ease of drinking here. Nothing overdone or pushed too much.

67% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. Cask sample. Expressive nose, fruit to the fore. Bright, harmonious palate. Less extracted than in the past. Finely edged tannins and freshness on the finish. Balanced. (JL)

Black cherries, licorice, and flowers work well here in the nose and on the palate. Fresh, lively, medium-bodied, and vibrant, the fruits are soft, sweet, and round, with juiciness and energy, with a refreshing touch of mint in the finish. This is the second vintage with Thomas Duclos as the consultant for the property. The wine blends 71% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink from 2028-2040. 91-93 Pts

The smoothness of an armful of roses mingled with budding peonies opens onto a nose of delicacy and refinement, where dark fruit intertwines with notes of ink and cherry wood. On the palate, the fruit takes the lead—fresh, crisp, and juicy. The texture is silky and seamless, straight and luminous, leading to a precisely tangy finish.

The Dassault bouquet reveals itself progressively. Rather restrained at first, it opens over the course of minutes and allows fruity, floral and spicy notes to come into their own. Delicate on the attack, the wine showcases its finesse and elegant character, tinged with the temperament its acidity imparts. One can clearly perceive that it plays an honest game, that it seeks to highlight the terroir from which it hails through the incisive and fresh nature of its structure, while the tannins provide vigour. A harmonious, salivating and persistent wine.

Austere on the opening, juicy ripe yellow plum, flavoursome if slim with a wave of grilled oak, liqourice root, crayon and dried spice notes. Skilful construction. 28 hl/ha yield.

Intense, vibrant colour. Moderately aromatic nose, pure, fruity and floral. Soft on entry, aromatic on the mid-palate, the wine melts across the palate before adding a slightly firm touch on the finish. Medium length. Blend: 71% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon. Alcohol: 13%. Yield: 28 hl/ha. Production: 80,000 bottles.
