60.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 7.5% Petit Verdot. Caramel oakiness and an odd sawdust character too. Very firm tannins. Austere, and a bit disjointed. (RH)

Medium deep ruby red colour. Fresh nose of dark berries, cassis, plum, tobacco and herbs. The palate is young with a dense core, firm backbone, fresh with good length, a bit young and restrained but fine potential.

This light-style Pauillac is supple and elegant, with lovely fruit. The oak will need a bit more time to integrate.

A success! Dark, intense red color. Fine nose with ripe, vanilla-tinged fruit. The palate shows a refined texture, a rich, fleshy body, and plenty of hedonism. Very beautiful finish with fine tannins. Good length.

One of a handful of Cru Bourgeois from the Pauillac appellation, this wine exhibits a saturated dark ruby/plum color in addition to a sweet bouquet of black cherries and black currants, good acidity, ripe tannin, and a moderately endowed character. This is a well-made Cru Bourgeois to consume over the next decade.
