The estate
Founded in 1986 by Francis Delorme and his son Christophe, Domaine de la Mordorée is one of the essential references in the Southern Rhône. Based in Tavel, the estate spans eight communes and several renowned appellations such as Tavel, Lirac, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes-du-Rhône and Condrieu. Since 2015, Madeleine Delorme and her daughter Ambre have continued the family heritage. Certified organic since 2013 and converted to biodynamics in 2020, the estate stands out for its cuvées with poetic names referring to the woodcock.
The vineyard
The Tableau de Terroir "Les Lauzes" is a Vin de France from a terroir of limestone slabs (Lauzes). The vineyard is certified organic and Demeter biodynamic.
Winemaking and aging
Harvesting and selection are carried out entirely by hand, ensuring a meticulous selection of the grapes.
