Domaine de la Rectorie : L'Argile 2024

At first a bit shy, the 2024 Collioure L’Argile Blanc is delicately fragrant, with notes of brioche, yellow and white peach, very light oaky notes, sweet spices, a hint of matcha, verbena, herbal tea, and roasted pear. A 90/10 blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc that’s still young, it will continue to evolve gracefully over the next 5 to 7 years, but today the wine shows a crisp, structured, phenolic personality, with a peppery and fairly long finish. Drink 2025-2033.

A textural, succulent and citrusy white with aromas of fresh lemons, yellow plums, flowers and some blanched almonds. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity. Zesty and precise, with a tactile, persistent finish. Drink or hold.
