Domaine des Sénéchaux : Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2011

The Domaine des Sénéchaux is a property of the Cazes family since 2006 and it is an iconic domaine of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The 2011 vintage comes from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Vaccarese and Cinsault. It offers a dark red robe with purple glints. It reveals black cherry, raspberry, liquorice, woodland and truffle aromas. On the palate, Domaine des Sénéchaux rouge 2011 combines strength and elegance, with silky tannins and a very suave finish.
