The result is a full-bodied white that unfolds complex aromas with notes of lime blossom, herbal tea, flowering garrigue, wild mint, ripe lemon, and a hint of bergamot. The 2023 La Clape Château L’Hospitalet Grand Vin Blanc displays a melt-in-the-mouth freshness, suppleness, and generosity, reflecting the wild and sunny nature of the terroir.
