La Bastide Blanche : Cuvée Estagnol 2016

Beautifully golden in color, this white wine underwent a short maceration before delivering a finely textured palate, haloed with notes of ripe yellow fruit, fennel and lemon. A lovely density on the palate with an invigorating length, ideal at the table and for a few years of cellaring.
