The 2018 Chablis "La Sereine" comes from 20-year-old vines and is aged in stainless steel and wood. It has a rather smudged bouquet that needs more definition. The palate is better, offering tropical notes on the entry, then pineapple and passion fruit, but overall it does lack tension and feels a little predictable on the finish.

Fairly straightforward, La Sereine shows a rather dry, full-bodied profile.
