Pierre-Jean Villa : Fongeant 2021

Tasted from tank before blending. The nose is a little more restrained than Carmina, but there is superb density on the palate, with tight, tannic structure and a fresh, well-balanced finish. Once again, a very drinkable cuvée that will age well.
