Château Romanin : Key Points

Located at Vaux-de-Provence doorstep, Chateau Romanin was acquired in 2006 by the Charmolüe Family -former owner of Chateau Montrose, which produces Saint-Estèphe 2nd growth wines. The 250 hectare estate includes 58 hectares of wines stretching on the northern slope of the magnificent Alpilles hill. The underground cellar, covered with re-vegetated soil, was built to instill harmony between the processes of growing vines and ageing wines. This subterranean cathedral holds 60% reds, 30% rosés, and 10% whites. Biodynamic agriculture is a priority.
