The Lasanta 12 Years Old perfectly illustrates Glenmorangie’s expertise in finishing. This single malt matures for 10 years in American white oak casks that previously held bourbon, followed by two years of finishing in Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. Its name “Lasanta” means “sweetness” and “passion” in Gaelic, perfectly evoking the warm character of this whisky.
