William Fèvre : Chablis Grand cru "Bougros" Domaine 2024

Rich, warm and long, Fèvre's Bougros has noticeably more power than the fine, elegant premiers crus in 2024. The aromas here range from nectarine to peach and quince; the texture is dense yet lively. The grapes are from the domaine's holdings of more than 4ha – the domaine owns almost half of the climat. The slopes face southwest, and the soil is deeper than the steep Côte de Bouguerots that lines the river.
