The Concentration and Balance of a Provence Rosé Wine

    The Estate

The Caves D'Esclans is a négociant-éleveur business created by Bordeaux native Sacha Lichine, who is also the owner of the famous Château d'Esclans in the Var. Caves d'Esclans identifies the best vineyards and the finest grapes within Château d'Esclans, while also working with carefully chosen local winegrowers. Its goal is to achieve the highest quality grapes and wines regardless of its sources (producers or self-owned). Thus, close and privileged relationships have been developed with highly committed winegrowers, fulfilling the promise to provide grapes from vineyards cultivated with the same rigor that Château d'Esclans has set since 2006.

    Winemaking and Aging

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks (70%) and demi-muids (30%), accompanied by bâtonnages. This Côtes de Provence wine undergoes six months of aging in tanks and barrels.

    Blend

Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren.
