The estate
Founded by Arthur Agrapart at the end of the 19th century, the Champagne Agrapart House experienced significant growth starting in 1995. Pascal Agrapart, the founder's grandson, showcases the distinctive character of great Champagne terroirs through his cuvées, thanks to a rigorous vineyard selection and highly precise single-parcel vinification.
Agrapart champagnes are renowned for their minerality, their extremely delicate effervescence, and their rich aromatic palette.
The vineyard
The Agrapart House cultivates a 12-hectare vineyard located on the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry), iconic terroirs of Champagne. The vines grow on thin, chalky soils.
The wine
The vintage Vénus Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Nature cuvée is crafted from a 60-are parcel in Avize (Fosse aux pourceaux), tended solely by man and horse.
Vinification and aging
Disgorgement takes place two months before this cuvée is released for sale.
Blend
This Vénus Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Nature 2019 from Champagne Agrapart is made from 100% Chardonnay.
