With a mouthfilling mousse, ripe and concentrated fruit flavors and slight sweetness, this is easy to enjoy. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.

    Decanter

Slightly smoky, reductive nose with notes of chalk dust, quince, and wild strawberry. Bright apple freshness on a yeasty, mellow palate and lovely balance with a gentle resonance.

Nicely complex aromas here, from dried apples, peaches and pears to candied citrus and brioche. It’s fruity, soft and rounded on the palate. Medium-bodied, lightly honeyed and balanced. Blend of pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay. Around 7g/L dosage. Tasted from magnum. Drink now.

The NV Impérial is a straightforward, tasty Champagne made in an easygoing style, with good length and a clean, refreshing finish.

Tasted from magnum, the NV Champagne Imperial Brut is based on the 2018 vintage and displays a rich straw/golden color, while the nose is ripe with aromas of baked apples, graham spice, toast, and dusty earth. Medium-bodied, the palate is generous and fruity, with an approachable feel. Very consistent on the palate, it’s like a fresh baked apple pie all the way through. Suitable for a wide range of occasions, it will be best enjoyed over the next few years. 7 grams per liter dosage.

An open bouquet with pastry notes, a rather comforting universe.

Somewhat orangey citrus notes shown throughout in this popular, medium-weight, balanced mainstay. Good bead and decent texture mark the palate. Flavorful, with a core of ripe apple flavor and orange accents that put it towards the sweet end of the Brut range.

    Description

Moët Impérial has been an emblematic cuvée from Champagne House Moët & Chandon since 1869. This champagne distinguishes itself with its fruitiness, its tasty palate and its elegance. Its sparkling robe is elegantly gilded, adorned with green reflexions. On the nose, it is radiant and fruity on white fruit and citrusy notes, as well as more floral and light notes of linden-tree, brioche and fresh nuts... This champagne is delicious and melted on the palate, combining generosity and refinement, with a crunchy and softly fresh finish.
