The estate
Situated in the famous Saint-Émilion appellation, Château Barde-Haut is a historic estate dating back 250 years. Patrice Lévêque and Hélène Garcin-Lévêque devote all their energy to ensuring this estate of enormous potential improves in quality and reputation every day.
The vineyard
The vines of Château Barde-Haut are ideally located in a natural amphitheatre facing due south and overlooking the Dordogne. The estate's soils include the limestone bedrock of Saint-Émilion as well as clay, which lends strength to the wines.
Blend
Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc (20%).
