The estate
An emblematic reference of the Mâconnais, the Château Fuissé has belonged to the Vincent family for five generations. Since 2003, the management of the estate has been ensured by Antoine Vincent, a trained oenologist, who perpetuates the excellence of this historic house.

The vineyard
The estate extends over nearly 40 hectares spread over five prestigious appellations in the south of Bourgogne, including 25 hectares in Pouilly-Fuissé. Located at the southern end of the "Côte de Fuissé", the "Les Combettes" plot stretches over 1.3 hectares in a well-exposed valley. This climate benefits from limestone and stony soils, perfectly drained, which contribute to the mineral expression of the wine.

Vinification and aging
The vinification of this Pouilly-Fuissé wine is carried out in oak barrels between 3 and 5 years old, in order to preserve the authenticity of the grape variety while adding a touch of woody elegance.

100% chardonnay, the emblematic grape variety of Bourgogne.

Color
The color, clear and bright, presents a pale gold hue with delicate green reflections.

Nose
The aromatic bouquet opens with expressive floral notes, accompanied by white fruits. The typical minerality of Bajocian limestone soils is expressed with refinement.

Palate
On the palate, the attack takes up the floral accents of the nose, before evolving towards aromas of dried fruits such as hazelnut, brioche touches and a hint of salted butter. The whole, both intense and subtle, extends on a beautiful aromatic persistence.
