The Château Langoa Barton vineyard stretches over 17 hectares of vines planted on clayey subsoil, where sunshine creates favourable conditions for the cultivation of rich and concentrated grapes. The 2015 cuvee is 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Franc.
This Saint-Julien offers a light bouquet at first, with a blend of red and black berries, woody and tobacco notes. The palate is medium-bodied with delicate tannins which develop on red berry, tobacco and cedar aromas.
Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Langoa Barton is scented of cedar and Marmite toast with black fruit and fertile earth notes. The medium-bodied palate is oaky with a good fruit core, fine-grained tannins and nice freshness on the finish.
