Description
A great, aromatic and corpulent Pauillac
Lynch-Moussas is located in the Pauillac appellation. Its 57 hectare vineyard has Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Merlot (30%) planted. The Casteja family has owned the property since the beginning of the 20th century.
Lynch-Moussas 2016 is a blend of 17% Merlot and 83% Cabernet Sauvignon harvested between October 3 and 19th, 2016. It immediately display its intensity with its purple-ink colour. The nose is expressive, highlighting fresh black fruit aromas. The palate is firm, without being aggressive with a nice full body. The tannins are ripe and well-integrated. The finish is long and the wine has beautiful ageing potential. A great wine!
