The Côtes du Rhône Villages Laudun is an appellation in the Rhône Valley created in 1967 and it covers an area of 475 hectares. Shared among the Laudun, Saint Victor-la-Coste and Tresques communes, the Côtes du Rhône Villages Laudun enjoys a Mediterranean climate. The vines are planted on hillsides made of stones and gravel. The Côtes du Rhône Villages Laudun produces red wines (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre), whites (Grenache Blanc, Clairette) and rosés (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre). The reds combine flower aromas, suppleness, finesse, power and roundness. The whites are fine and fruity and are drunk in their youth. The rosés are pleasantly fruity, supple and elegant.
