Voted Best Young Sommelier of France at the age of 21, Hervé Bizeul fell in love with the fairytale landscapes of the majestic Cirque de Vingrau, at the foot of the Pyrenees Orientales, in Roussillon. Restaurateur, writer and passionate for land and vine, Hervé Bizeul founded Domaine du Clos des Fées with his wife in 1997.

A major name among the great Roussillon wines, Domaine du Clos des Fées oversees a 30-hectare vineyard spread across 112 plots on a real mosaic of soils run in a sustainable manner.

The wine

"Aimer, Rêver, Prier, Se Taire" from Domaine du Clos des Fées is an IGP Côtes Catalanes wine produced from vines that stem from a massal selection supplemented by two recent clones of pinot noir. This exceptional terroir is located on an arid, sloping hillside, facing due north in the hamlet "Cabrils" in the commune of Tautavel.
