The estate
In the heart of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, the Domaine La Rouillère, founded in 1900, experienced a revival in 1998 when Bernard and Magali Letartre acquired it. Combining tradition and a spirit of innovation, this passionate duo reveals the full charm of these terroirs through rosés renowned for their quality and beautiful aromatic expression.
The vineyard
Basked in sunshine and tempered by sea breezes, the 45-hectare vineyard of Domaine La Rouillère thrives on generous soils, giving rise to great Côtes de Provence wines.
Winemaking and aging
After harvest, the grapes are cooled upon arrival at the winery using a tubular heat exchanger. The berries are then pressed using pneumatic pressing, followed by an initial juice selection. Fermentation is carried out under temperature control, before racking and aging on fine lees until bottling.
Blend
Grande Réserve 2025 from Domaine La Rouillère is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rolle.
