The elegance of a white Côtes du Rhône from Domaine Stéphane Ogier
The estate
Located in the Rhône Valley, Domaine Stéphane Ogier traces its origins back to a long family tradition. It was in the 1980s that Michel Ogier decided to bottle his own wines, marking the true founding of the estate as an independent producer. Today led by Stéphane Ogier, the estate spans a vast vineyard. Renowned for its meticulous plot-by-plot approach, the domaine has established itself as a key reference, combining respect for terroir with technical precision to produce cuvées of great elegance.
The vineyard
The grapes come from carefully selected terroirs within the Côtes du Rhône appellation. The vines benefit from optimal sun exposure and thrive on clay-limestone soils that give the wine its freshness and minerality. The vineyard is tended with the utmost care to ensure exceptional fruit quality.
Winemaking and aging
The creation of the Le Temps est Venu 2024 cuvée begins with a rigorous selection of the berries. Fermentation takes place at low temperature to preserve the brightness of the fruity aromas. The wine is then aged in tanks, allowing it to retain all its freshness and purity before bottling.
Grape variety
This white wine comes from a blend typical of the region, showcasing Rhône white grape varieties such as Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier.
