The richness and precision of a Côtes de Provence rosé
The estate
In 1896, Marcel Ott, a young agricultural engineer from Alsace, settled in Provence, convinced that this vineyard—despite being affected by phylloxera—could express its full potential. Since then, the Ott family has brought this vision to life through exceptional rosé, red, and white wines from three iconic estates: Château de Selle, Clos Mireille, and Château Romassan.
In the 1930s, René Ott designed a uniquely shaped and elegant bottle that has become the emblem of Domaines Ott* and a true mark of quality. Since 2004, Domaines Ott* has belonged to the prestigious Maison Louis Roederer.
The vineyard
Made from a rigorous selection of grapes, BY OTT rosé is a Côtes de Provence wine that reflects the high standards and expertise of Domaines Ott*.
Winemaking and aging
After harvest, the grapes are transported by gravity to the new winery at Château de Selle. They are then vinified in a facility dedicated exclusively to the production of BY OTT rosé.
Blend
BY OTT 2025 from Domaines Ott* is a blend of grenache, cinsault, syrah, and mourvèdre.
