A juicy and fine-grained Haut-Medoc with medium to full body and lots of dark cherries, currants and an engaging twist of pepper. This has structured, chalky tannins and a medium-long finish. Drink from 2026.

While most of Chasse-Spleen's vines are in the Moulis-en-Médoc red-wine appellation, this wine comes from vines in Haut-Médoc. It is young with great potential. Its tobacco aroma and spicy flavors show richness, with layers of black fruits and a core of tannins that will soften. Drink from 2027.
