Holder of the largest collection of Grands Crus in Côte d'Or, it combines Burgundian tradition and innovation since its first exports in 1867.

    The vineyard

The "Les Baudines" climat is located at the top of the Chassagne-Montrachet hillside, on the edge of the forest, at an altitude of 315 meters. The chardonnay vines, averaging 30 years old, thrive in rich white clay-limestone soils. The appellation takes its name from the dialectal term "Bode" meaning stone house, referring to the old huts once found on these slopes.
