A delicious, velvety and balanced red with aromas of dark cherries, plums, warm spices and some bark. Medium-bodied, generous yet in control, offering subtle texture, creamy tannins and a long, flavorful finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

The 2023 Cornas Domaine de Saint-Pierre is sourced from vines planted at 350 to 380 meters in elevation. It reveals aromas of spices, dark berries, violet and a touch of herbs, complemented by notes of green olive. Still somewhat closed at this stage, it shows a typically cool, austere profile. Medium- to full-bodied, powerful and structured, it’s built around firm tannins and a reserved core of fruit, reflecting the character of a cooler Syrah expression. It will require some time to fully open.
