An elegant and fresh dry white wine from Bordeaux

    The property
The Château Margaux, located in the wine region of Bordeaux, is a prestigious estate whose history dates back to the 13th century. Classified as Premier Grand Cru in 1855, it extends over 82 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with cabernet sauvignon. Since 1977, the property has been managed by the Mentzelopoulos family.

    The vineyard
Produced since the 2022 vintage, the Pavillon Blanc Second Vin is a dry white Bordeaux resulting from a rigorous selection of exceptional parcels spread over just over 10 hectares and giving birth to a sauvignon blanc with remarkable richness and aromatic intensity.

    The vintage
The harvest took place from August 23 to 30, early in the morning to preserve the freshness and acidity of the grapes.

    Vinification and aging
Parcel vinification of about twenty lots.

    Grape variety
    Sauvignon blanc.
