The estate

The Champagne Pommery House, founded in 1858, earned its reputation thanks to the boldness and vision of Madame Pommery, who took over the estate after her husband’s death. Determined to create unique cuvées, she focused on the exceptional quality of the grapes and the development of a remarkable vineyard in the Champagne region. Owned by the Vranken-Pommery Monopole group, the cuvées signed by Pommery stand out for their finesse, their vibrancy and an aromatic richness that is both elegant and complex.

The vineyard

A leading figure in the Champagne region, Madame Pommery began monumental works in July 1868 to transform former underground chalk pits into majestic cellars. A true tribute to the creation of the House’s first Champagne in 1874, the Cuvée Apanage Blanc de Blancs was created as a gastronomy Champagne, pairing great terroirs with the finest tables.

Grape variety

This Blanc de Blancs Champagne is produced exclusively from Chardonnay
