Intense aromas of peach and the ocean, this rosé is bright with fruit but also rich with minerality. The palate is immediately spicy and robust. Tons of minerality with great texture and a lingering heat. Pair with Bouillabaisse.

Pale pink-copper, delicate yet characterful, with mango, rhubarb, blossom and lemon zest. Chalky acidity and silky texture carry persistence.
