The estate
Based in Vosne-Romanée, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy, the Méo-Camuzet estate has carried this name since 1981. Its roots go back to Etienne Camuzet, and Henri Jayer worked its vines as a sharecropper. Today, Jean-Nicolas Méo runs the family estate. He also created the négociant house Méo-Camuzet Frère & Sœurs, which shares the same family ownership and complements the estate's range with wines made in the same spirit.
The vineyard
This cuvée, classified as a village appellation, comes from the Côte de Nuits. It is made from grapes selected by the négociant house, from plots that are not owned by the estate.
The vintage
The 2024 vintage in the Côte de Nuits was marked by challenging wet conditions. However, a window of dry, cool weather at harvest time made it possible to pick in good conditions.
Winemaking and ageing
The Chambolle-Musigny Village Méo-Camuzet Frère & Soeurs 2024 is vinified in the spirit of the Méo-Camuzet estate. It is aged in oak barrels.
Grape variety
