Combining artisanal techniques and meticulous selection of ingredients, Seventy One, whose name refers to the ageing period of 71 nights, cultivates a know-how that allows it to offer complex and refined expressions. Each production is a tribute to botanical aromas, highlighting rare plants, selected for their unique characteristics.

An exceptional aromatic richness

The traditional plants used in the making of this English gin, such as juniper, coriander, angelica, and lemon zest are combined with rarer ingredients, such as the "Queen of the Night" (a cactus flower that blooms only once a year) and the Damask rose, for a unique and harmonious blend.

Each botanical component is carefully macerated for 24 hours in neutral grain alcohol, allowing to capture the essence of each plant. This meticulous process ensures a perfect extraction of aromas and a balanced complexity.
