The 2022 Garnacha - Cariñena is surprisingly serious and shy in the glass. It also contains some Syrah, and it shows. It has perfumed and floral notes with a well-disguised 15% alcohol and a palate with balance and elegance, fine tannins and a velvety mouthfeel. It fermented by variety in stainless steel with selected yeasts and lactic bacteria and matured in second-use French barriques for one year. 12,202 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024.
