A lively Blanc de Blancs Champagne with beautiful structure
The estate
Founded by Arthur Agrapart at the end of the 19th century, the Champagne Agrapart House experienced significant growth starting in 1995. Pascal Agrapart, the founder’s grandson, showcases the typicity of the great Champagne terroirs in his cuvées thanks to a rigorous selection of vineyards and highly precise single-parcel vinification.
Agrapart champagnes are renowned for their minerality, delicate effervescence, and rich aromatic range.
The vineyard
The Agrapart House cultivates a 12-hectare vineyard located on the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry), iconic terroirs of Champagne. The vines grow on thin, chalky soil.
The wine
Always vintage, Agrapart’s Minéral Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut cuvée comes from a selection of plots situated on the terroirs of Cramant (Bionnes) and Avize (Champbouton).
Vinification and aging
Disgorgement is carried out 2 months before the release of this Extra Brut Champagne, with a dosage of 3 g/L.
Blend
This Minéral Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut 2019 from Agrapart is made exclusively from Chardonnay.
