The estate

Since 1764, the Cossy family had been growing grapes for other Champagne houses. In the 1950s, they decided to market champagne from their own vineyard under their own name.

The Champagne Cossy House, a family-run business, is now managed by Sophie Cossy. She took over the estate at the age of 26 after her father's passing.

Driven by her passion, Sophie Cossy creates elegant cuvées, offering a new tasting experience.

The vineyard

The Cossy House manages a Champagne vineyard of about 7 hectares, divided into 34 distinct plots located south of Reims, cultivated sustainably.

The wine

The Cossy Sophistiquée 2014 cuvée is an Extra Brut champagne, sourced from vineyards in the Montagne de Reims.

Blend

This 2014 vintage champagne is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.
