The Dom Pérignon rosé Vintage 2000 is the result of a unique vintage. The year 2000 was hot, with below average temperatures in July and humid climate. Chardonnay grapes were supple, ample and complex. Pinot Noir appeared structured with long finish. The robe of Dom Pérignon rosé Vintage 2000 is deep with a beautiful amber color. The first nose is floral and leaves room for notes of cherry and lemon with cocoa and smoky touch, forming a beautiful aromatic complexity. In the mouth, the palate is structured and classic with a sense of balance and a lingering aroma. This Champagne is surprising by its fresh and bright fruit with a subtle touch of bitterness.
