The Champagne House
Perrier Jouët Blason Rosé brilliantly combines all the qualities of a great wine from the
Champagne Region, that is to say, finesse, freshness, roundness and sweetness. Its beautiful fresh salmon pink colour comes from an addition of a small quantity of red wine. This
Champagne has the bigger proportion of
Pinot Noir of the house. Indeed, it is composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 25%
Chardonnay and 25%
Pinot Meunier. On the nose, a fruity intensity prevails and one can detect pomegranate, red berry and blood orange notes in this delicate aromatic complexity. A few subtle floral hints are also released and followed by notes of butter and brioche. On the palate, the attack is intense and bold. This wine has character. It is rich, long and broad, with a complex and persistent finish.
