The exceptional 2013 Cuvee des Cadettes from Chateau La Nerthe is 42% Syrah, 37% Grenache, and 21% Mourvèdre. This 2013 vintage displays a dark garnet colour with a violet spark. To the nose, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape reveals black cherry liquor and toasted hints barely covering deep, fruitier notes of strawberry and balsamic.
