Château Lagrange 2015

The blend of the 2015 Chateau Lagrange consists of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 8% Petit Verdot. Harvesting was quite long, lasting from the 21st of September to the 12th of October. It casts a dark purple red hue and an almost black core. Its aromatic nose has an elegant profile, with dark berries, discreet oak spices and very fine toasted aromas. On the palate it is full-bodied yet elegant, showing ripe tannins with velvety texture, and a long and fruity finish from by the bold Cabernet Sauvignon. A powerful and well balanced Saint-Julien with a capacity of ageing to 2022-2040.
