Description
Characteristics and tasting notes of the Bla Jasmin by Copenhagen Sparkling Tea
Tasting
Appearance
A light green hue subtly adorned with yellow nuances.
Nose
Remarkably delicate, the nose unfolds floral aromas of jasmine and chamomile, enhanced by a light citrus touch.
Palate
The attack offers a round and silky texture, carried by a gentle sweetness from the white teas. The mid-palate reveals the beautiful depth of the green teas, before stretching toward a long and elegant finish, structured by delicate tannins.
Serving and ageing
This Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Blanc can be kept and enjoyed for up to approximately two years after its production date.
Food and tea pairings
Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling tea pairs wonderfully with oysters, light starters, vegetarian dishes or even paella. It also brilliantly accompanies spicy Asian cuisine and most desserts.

The estate
Founded in 2017 in Denmark, the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea House was born from the imagination of sommelier Jacob Kocemba, who, in 2010, found himself unable to find the perfect pairing for a dessert despite a cellar of 1,700 references. Together with Bo Sten Hansen, who currently co-manages and co-owns the company with him, he crafts non-alcoholic sparkling beverages. A true pioneer, the brand blends Nordic aesthetics with Asian traditions. Thanks to artisanal and organic production, these creations are now featured in many starred restaurants.
Production
Creating the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Blanc requires a meticulous process of ten to twelve weeks. Each batch is hand-brewed by the founders, with rigorous control of temperatures and infusion times for each variety. The beverage is then carbonated at 5 bars through a closed-loop, three-stage system, before resting six to eight weeks in the bottle. Pasteurisation finally ensures its stability.
Varieties
This cuvée blends thirteen different organic teas. The base consists of 14% jasmine black tea and 3% first-flush Darjeeling black tea, complemented by 19% white tea, along with green teas and herbal infusions. A hint of grape juice and lemon juice perfects the blend.
