A white mineral and elegant Burgundy
Great white wine from Burgundy, the Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru les Chaumées 2014 comes from a famous plot.
Its nose, still a little bit closed, is marked by its generous oak notes, from its barrel ageing. In the mouth, this white Burgundy reveals aromas of white flowers and peaches, in a very straight and mineral expression. The power of the Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Chaumées 2014 is still restrained, but will develop over time. It is characterized by a long length with a salty aftertaste.
