Chassagne-Montrachet 1st Cru Les Chaumees from Domaine du Cellier aux Moines is a white wine single-variety Chardonnay produced in the Chassagne-Montrachet 1st Cru. Produced on a 22 square meter vineyard planted on shallow soil with stones and a little clay. The wine is vinified in barrels (60% are new) for 20 months with batonnage (stirring) and then aged in a tank for 3 months before bottling.
