Domaine du Colombier : Crozes-Hermitage "Cuvée Gaby" 2023

The flagship white from this terrific estate, the 2023 Crozes-Hermitage Gaby Blanc offers ripe orchard fruits, quince, orange blossom, and toasted spices on the nose. Medium-bodied, bright, and juicy, it has some elevated acidity that integrates with air, ample mid-palate depth, and outstanding length. Based on 85% Marsanne and 15% Roussanne, it needs a year or two and should keep nicely through 2033. Drink 2027-2033.
