Alison Napjus

A minerally white, with graphite, stone and smoke accents underscoring the crunchy white peach, pink grapefruit granita and almond blossom notes. Dry and medium-bodied, this finely knit, mouthwatering white should open nicely with short-term aging. Best from 2022 through 2030. 10 cases imported.

Bettane+Desseauve

Tasted before bottling. Completely dry (1.6 g/l !), strong saline power but restrained alcohol content which makes it a perfect food wine, present tannins on the palate, it is too young but it is one of the wines of the vintage. And it will improve in bottle !
