The estate
After 17 years in the Bordeaux vineyards, Stephan Asseo set out to conquer California. In the magnificent Paso Robles region, between San Francisco and Los Angeles, he founded his estate, L’Aventure Winery, planting his vines on virgin land.
The wine
Optimus is a Paso Robles wine that delights with its authentic expression of California’s great terroirs.
Blend
Optimus 2022 from L’Aventure is the result of a blend of Syrah (66%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) and Petit Verdot (9%).
