Pale yellow with silver reflections. Green apple on the nose, lemon, subtle nutty and biscuit-like notes, some nougat. Citrus-fresh on the palate with fine, elegant mousse, ripe acidity, fruit and honey notes. Long finish with a salty impression.

The current release of the NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut is based on the 2015 vintage and pours a pale straw color. The nose is clean and pure, with sun-kissed ripeness, revealing fresh aromatics of candied green apple, lime, and bread dough. The mousse is elegant, and the wine is ripe, with a rounded feel, and fresh with ripe green apple, lemon-lime, and chalk, followed by a balanced and fairly long finish. It is straightforward, approachable, and classic. Drink 2022-2037.

Chardonnay sourced exclusively from the grands crus of the Côte des Blancs. Greenish-yellow color that faithfully and very precisely releases yellow and green citrus; the white flesh of the fruit is ultra-healthy and the skin finely chiseled. The palate is perfectly incisive, superbly elevating the aromas, with remarkable clarity, high-definition flinty tang, and a finish reminiscent of fine confectionery. Such precision—utterly unfiltered.

A range that shows itself quite fresh with a well-defined Chardonnay imprint. The nose is delightful with beautiful complexity on dried fruits and hazelnut. The palate imposes power and structure worthy of a grand cru, it's full and rich. With a lovely final tension, it's a quite vinous Blanc de Blancs.
