A fresh, luscious Provence rosé by Minuty

The estate

Built during the reign of Napoleon III, Château Minuty was purchased in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet, who set out to restore it to its former glory. In 1955, the estate joined the select circle of 23 Crus Classés among the wines of Côtes de Provence. The estate then crossed paths with Monique and Etienne Matton who, thanks to their dedicated work, helped establish the reputation of Château Minuty on the finest tables of the French Riviera. Today, brothers Jean-Etienne and François Matton proudly carry on the legacy while bringing a modern spirit to the estate.

The vineyard

This cuvée reflects the diversity of the terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation, stretching from the coastline to Sainte-Victoire. The estate favors indigenous Provençal varieties, notably Grenache, which has established itself as the signature grape of the region’s rosés.

Winemaking and aging

M 2025 is crafted following a rigorous process that emphasizes freshness. After pressing, fermentation takes place at low temperature. No malolactic fermentation is carried out in order to preserve the wine’s bright, fruity character.
