The nose unfolds in a profile that’s quite true to this cuvée, with toasty reduction, a hint of brioche, and dried fruits. Rather restrained. The palate is more inviting, delivering a certain power. The juice reveals a fleshier mouthfeel, expressing more power and richness. It’s a young blend that hasn’t yet reached its full maturity.

On the nose, great delicacy, with aromas of citrus and roasted hazelnut. But it’s on the palate that this Champagne fully reveals its potential, with sparkling freshness, deep and rich citrus notes—once again, here slightly smoky—followed by white pepper and spices. A great Champagne, brimming with energy.
