There’s a bit of grip and structure to the notes of raspberry and peach, with a kick of bitter cherry pit alongside elements of spices and smoke. Tingling acidity makes for a dry, chiseled finish. Syrah, Grenache, Vermentino and Cinsault. Drink now. 25,000 cases made, 8,333 cases imported.

The 2025 Côtes de Provence Rosé delivers straightforward aromas and flavors of fresh cranberry, mango, lemon and rosewater in a lightweight frame. Tart and racy, the 2025 leaves the palate reeling. The balance is a bit tenuous.

Light to medium pale rosé colour, fragrant with notes of citrus, lemongrass, redcurrant and raspberry with some dry spices like pepper and cardamom. Light palate, sleek texture, rounded acidity a mild bitterness and rather long finish

    Tasting

    Appearance

A radiant color, illuminated by delicate peach highlights.

    Nose

The highly expressive nose opens with aromas of white-fleshed fruits—led by peach—then evolves toward citrus notes, notably evoking white grapefruit with exotic nuances.

    Palate

The palate, round and well-balanced, reflects this indulgent aromatic profile. It stands out for its lovely persistence, finishing with a lively finale marked by hints of yuzu zest.

    Food and wine pairings

Perfect as an aperitif, this rosé pairs beautifully with a salmon and mango poké bowl, lightly seared shrimp skewers, as well as Provençal vegetables cooked on a plancha.

    Serving

For optimal tasting, serve between 9 and 11°C.

    The estate

At the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, the Maison Gassier stands out for its pursuit of excellence and its commitment to preserving authentic Provençal character. Driven by a winemaking heritage passed down through generations, this family estate embodies a true passion for wine and nature. Nestled at the foot of the iconic Sainte-Victoire mountain, it benefits from a particularly favorable microclimate, ideal for crafting high-quality wines. Thanks to environmentally conscious viticulture and an innovative approach in the cellar, Maison Gassier precisely expresses the richness of its terroir, offering a tasting experience that is both pure and memorable.

    The vineyard

This Côtes de Provence rosé comes from vines planted on red clay and limestone soils.

    Winemaking and aging
