The estate
The Château Quinault l’Enclos is located on the right bank of Bordeaux in the Saint-Émilion appellation. Belonging to the famous Château Cheval Blanc, the only Premier Grand Cru Classé A of Saint-Émilion, the wines of Château Quinault l’Enclos benefit from the same care as those of Château Cheval Blanc.
The vineyard
The vineyard of Château Quinault l’Enclos covers 19 hectares of vines. It lies close to the Dordogne River, within the Saint-Émilion appellation.
The vintage
Spared by the frost episodes at the end of April 2017, the vineyard enjoyed all the favourable conditions for producing a great Saint-Émilion wine.
Blend
Merlot (62%), Cabernet Sauvignon (22%) and Cabernet Franc (16%).
